Conscious Self: Forest Flow — A day in nature to help you reset properly

We spent the day in the forest with The Conscious Self and Nada Pulse, filming a Forest Flow retreat built around breathwork, sound healing, nature immersion, and guided relaxation. Nothing was staged — we followed the day as it unfolded to capture the change you can genuinely see on camera: people arriving tense and mentally overloaded, and leaving calm, clear-headed, and back in themselves.
